Here are some of my favorite seasoning recipes! Mix them with ground beef, sprinkle on steaks or chicken, season soups with it, you name it - THEY'RE AWESOME!!!
Adobo Seasoning
1
tablespoon crushed dried onion
1
tablespoon granulated onion
1
tablespoon paprika
1
tablespoon Italian seasoning
1
tablespoon granulated garlic
½
tablespoon brown mustard powder
Mix
well and season steaks with this. Store in an airtight container
Chili Seasoning
4
tablespoons chili powder
1
tablespoon onion powder
4
teaspoons ground cumin
1
teaspoon cayenne pepper
2
teaspoon garlic powder
1
teaspoon ground pepper
4
teaspoon sea salt (any flavor) optional
Place
all ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine. Store in an airtight container.
Makes
about ½ cup.
Montreal Seasoning
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons crushed black pepper
2 tablespoons sea salt salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 tablespoon crushed coriander
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
Mix well. Season to taste. Store in an airtight container
Taco Seasoning
3 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried minced
onion, crushed
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt (any
flavor)
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in
a small container, place lid on top and shake. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about ½ cup. Season
to taste or use 1 Tablespoon seasoning per 8oz of meat.
Tuscan Seasoning
4 tablespoons dried basil
4 tablespoons dried
marjoram
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons thyme
2 tablespoons rosemary
2 tablespoons crushed red
pepper
Combine all ingredients in
a small container, place lid on top and shake. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about ½ cup.
